Outbound campaigns help your team reach more contacts with less idle time. Open Campaigns and choose New Campaign.
Upload your contact list, pick a dialing mode such as predictive or preview, and assign agents.
Start the campaign and monitor connect rates, talk time, and outcomes live from the campaign dashboard.
